Overnight Protein Oats

  • Quick Oats (important)

  • Protein Powder or Fairlife Milk

    • OR

  • Premier Protein Shake

  • Add chocolate chips or fruit of choice the next day

Egg Bites

  • Scramble eggs with cut-up vegetables, cheese, and a dash of milk

  • Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray

  • Pour egg mixture into the muffin tray and bake until solid

  • Good recipe here. Great for on the go.

Greek Yogurt Granola Crunch Bowl

  • Blueberries

  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • Chocolate Almond Premier Protein or similar

  • Drizzalicious Rice Cake Dessert (optional)

Chicken Stir Fry

  • Chicken

  • Stir Fry Mix

  • Day Old Rice or Fresh Rice

    • Sautee all vegies and chicken in a pan with garlic, terryaki sauce. Add in Day old rice and an egg. Mix until done. 

Deconstructed Kebabs

  • Chicken/Steak, sliced

  • Peppers

  • Diced Small Potatoes

  • Onions

  • Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Onion Powder, or other desired seasonings

  • Light Olive Oil

  • Air fry everything

Home-Made Turkey Helper

  • 1 Box of Goodles

  • 1 Pound of Ground Turkey

  • 1 Frozen Bag of Broccoli, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook turkey in a separate pan with garlic, onion powder, and adobo.

  2. Cook mac and cheese according to package instructions.

  3. Mix noodles with broccoli, turkey, and mac and cheese packets.

Ground Beef, Potatoes, and Peppers

  • Microwave small red potatoes

  • Brown ground beef with desired seasonings

  • Air fry peppers with desired seasonings and light olive oil
